1. Why UP Police Mangal Inscript is Crucial
Most Hindi typists in North India learn on KrutiDev or Remington Gail. However, UPPRPB notifications specifically mandate Inscript keyboard layout:
- Inscript is standardized by the Government of India.
- Layout Logic: All vowels are grouped on the left-hand keys (Shift + E, R, T, etc.) and consonants on the right-hand keys (K, L, P, etc.).
- Halant Rule: Every conjunct (क्, त्, प्) is created by pressing the consonant followed by
